Is Aqua Villa rented as an entire villa?

Yes. Aqua Villa is always rented as a private, exclusive-use villa. You and your group will have the entire house, garden, swimming pool, Pool House and guest areas exclusively to yourselves during your stay.We do not rent individual rooms, and the price shown is for the whole villa, not per guest.

Aqua Villa can accommodate up to 14 guests across seven bedrooms.The villa is particularly well suited to families and groups travelling together, with generous shared spaces as well as plenty of room to enjoy some privacy.

Is there a minimum number of guests?

No. Although Aqua Villa can accommodate up to 14 guests, you are welcome to book the villa for a smaller group.The villa is always rented in its entirety, so the price does not change according to the number of guests unless specifically indicated in your booking.

You can book directly through our website using our secure online booking system.Simply select your dates, check availability and complete your reservation. Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation by email with all the relevant details.

How much do I need to pay when booking?

A 50% payment of the total accommodation price is required to confirm your reservation.The remaining 50% is due 30 days before check-in.If your booking is made within 30 days of arrival, the full accommodation price will be payable at the time of booking.

Online payments can be made securely through the payment methods available during the booking process, including payments processed through Stripe and PayPal.The available options will be displayed before you complete your reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your reservation free of charge more than 30 days before check-in.For cancellations made 30 days or less before check-in, the full accommodation price is non-refundable.No refunds are provided for no-shows, unused nights resulting from late arrival, or voluntary early departure.Full details are available in our Terms & Conditions.

When a refund is due under our cancellation policy, it will be made by bank transfer.Any bank, intermediary or recipient charges associated with the transfer will be borne by the recipient.

Is a security deposit required?

Accepted Answer

A security deposit of 1.000€ may be required for reservations including stays of 14 nights or more. If a deposit applies to your booking, the amount and payment details will be clearly communicated before your stay.The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, once the villa has been inspected and provided that no damage, loss or exceptional cleaning costs have been identified.The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account provided by the guest. Any applicable bank, intermediary or recipient charges will be borne by the recipient.If any deduction is necessary, we will contact you and provide details before the remaining balance is returned.

Will I receive confirmation of my booking?

Yes. Once your reservation has been successfully completed, you will receive a booking confirmation by email.Closer to your arrival, we will also send you the information you need to prepare for your stay, including the Guest App with practical arrival details and online guest registration link.
