Aqua Villa Jerez - A home we love and love to share
Aqua Villa was never created to be a holiday rental. It is our home renovated in 2023.
A place where our family has lived, gathered around long tables, welcomed friends, celebrated, created and enjoyed countless sunny days in the garden.
Life has taken us around the world — and now back to Singapore — but Jerez remains very much part of who we are. Rather than leaving our home empty while we are away, we decided to open its doors and allow others to enjoy what makes it so special to us.
Not simply as a place to stay, but as a place to live for a few days.
Home is a feeling,
not just a place
Having lived in different countries and called many places home, we know that the best stays are rarely about perfect hotel rooms.
They are about feeling comfortable. Having space. Discovering the places locals love. Sitting around a table longer than planned. Finding your own rhythm in a new city.
That experience has shaped Aqua Villa. We wanted our guests to have the freedom and privacy of a home, while discovering Jerez from somewhere that feels personal, warm and genuinely lived in.
The creative soul
Creativity lives here.
Art is part of everyday life at Aqua Villa.
Maria is a mixed-media artist, and her studio, materials and artwork are part of the house itself. Many of the pieces you’ll find throughout the villa were created here, giving the spaces a character that is unmistakably their own.
And because creativity is better when it is shared, the studio is also open to our guests. You can paint, draw, experiment or simply enjoy being surrounded by a little colour.
No experience required.
Curiosity is more than enough.

We believe beautiful homes are meant to be enjoyed.
So while life has taken us away from Jerez for a while, Aqua Villa continues to be filled with conversations, dinners, laughter, lazy afternoons by the pool and new memories.
Some of them ours.
